Jordan Ramis Welcomes Attorneys David Rabbino
and Andrew Guess
PORTLAND, OR – Jordan Ramis PC, Attorneys at Law, continues to grow with the addition of two new attorneys: David Rabbino and Andrew Guess. “We are happy to welcome David and Andrew to the Jordan Ramis team,” said managing shareholder Chris Reive. “These industry-side guys are a great addition, not only because of their drive to produce great work for their clients, but also because they have first-hand knowledge of their clients’ perspective.”
With over 25 years of environmental law and litigation experience, attorney David Rabbino focuses much of his practice in the redevelopment of contaminated real property known as brownfields. In addition, Rabbino advises clients on various financial tools available to fund brownfield projects, as well as permitting requirements and land use issues associated with such projects. He also has experience in land use law, sustainable energy, negotiating power purchase agreements, and contracts related to the financing of renewable energy systems. Prior to entering private practice, Rabbino worked for 11 years as an enforcement attorney for the Environmental Protection Agency (“EPA”), where he was instrumental in the development of national policy on Superfund issues.
Attorney Andrew Guess relocated from California to join the Jordan Ramis Dirt Law® team. Guess focuses on surety and construction litigation. His practice is guided by his experience as a construction project engineer where, prior to earning his J.D. from the University of California, Hastings College of Law, he helped manage the development and construction of large-scale, multi-family housing in San Francisco and Oakland. While working in this capacity, Guess received his Masters of Science in Construction Management from California State University, East Bay. This training and experience provides Andrew a distinctive view of construction disputes.
