PORTLAND, OR Jordan Ramis PC, Attorneys at Law, continues to grow with the addition of four new members. We are very pleased to welcome these new additions to our ever-growing group dedicated to client service and the continued growth of the firm, said Managing Shareholder Chris Reive. I look forward to what Carolyn, Amanda, Jenn, and Alpha will add to the Jordan Ramis team.
An experienced litigator in both state and federal courts, attorney Carolyn Pearson focuses her practice on employment and labor law. She is experienced in complex, litigation-related matters ranging from employment discrimination and retaliation claims to wage and hour class actions. She also advises employers on compliance with Oregon, Washington, and California laws regarding employee leaves and benefits. After graduating magna cum laude and earning her B.A. from the Vanderbilt University in Nashville, Pearson attended Loyola Law School in Los Angeles where she received her J.D.
Paralegal Amanda Crdenas uses her legal background to support the Jordan Ramis Dirt Law practice group, including environmental and natural resources, endangered species, water law, real estate, and land use cases. She will be working out of the Jordan Ramis Bend office. Crdenas graduated cum laude from Cornell University with a Bachelor of Science in Natural Resources, and she also received her Master of Science in Environment and Resources from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. She then attended the University of Washington School of Law, where she earned her Juris Doctorate with a concentration in environmental law.
Bringing more than ten years of accounting experience, Jenn Labahn joined the Jordan Ramis accounting team. Labahn focuses on accounts payable and accounts receivable. She earned her Bachelor of Science at Eastern Washington University, double majoring in general business management and human resources management.
Alpha Tessema is the new Jordan Ramis receptionist. He attended Duke University and received his Bachelor of Arts in Theater Studies, which complements his great customer service skills that he uses daily in greeting clients and orchestrating office communication.
