On Call Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Training and Facilitation Services
The Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Program of Metro, a metropolitan service district organized under the laws of the State of Oregon and the Metro Charter, located at 600 NE Grand Avenue, Portland, OR 97232-2736, is requesting proposals for On Call Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Training and Facilitation Services.
A voluntary pre-proposal conference will be held at 600 NE Grand Ave. Portland, Oregon 97232 on February 9 , 2017 at 10:30 a.m. at Council Chamber. Interested proposers and subcontractors are encouraged to attend the conference in order to gain information about the RFP.
Sealed proposals are due no later than 2:00 p.m. Pacific Time, February 28, 2017 in Metro’s business offices at 600 NE Grand Avenue, Portland, OR 97232-2736, Attention: Riko Frohnmayer, Procurement RFB 3275

Metro may accept or reject any or all proposals, in whole or in part, or waive irregularities not affecting substantial rights if such action is deemed in the public interest.
