Parr Lumber Company, Hillsboro, Oregon to acquire Trus-Way
Parr Lumber Company announces the signing of an agreement with Trus-Way, Inc. and Trus- Way Tri-Cities, Inc. for the acquisition of their manufacturing locations in Washington. The transaction is scheduled to close in April 2019.
Trus-Way was established in 1992 by Mark S. Turner, Ken Carty and Mark Smith. Two manufacturing facilities located in Vancouver and Sunnyside, Washington serve professional contractors and DIY customers in Washington, Oregon, Idaho and Northern California.
Trus-Way has built their reputation on integrity, customer service, and the highest quality products. Many customers and employees have been with the Company since the beginning, a testament to the way they conduct their business.
