PORTLAND, Ore., Sept. 21, 2016: Pacific Motorsports, Portland’s premier BMW and Mini repair shop, turns 20 years old this fall. To mark this occasion, they have expanded their service to include Mercedes Benz, Audi, and Volkswagen automobiles.
The company began in 1996 for the purpose of providing a necessary service to the region in the form of specialized, high-quality service for upscale automobiles. While the need for excellence in service on BMWs and Minis has not diminished in the last two decades, Pacific Motorsports strives to provide their expertise to a wider population who will benefit from it.
Pacific Motorsports has elected to focus on several other widely popular German automobile brands, and has already begun work on them. Their service team includes only master technicians, whose unsurpassable knowledge and experience has made this growth a seamless integration into the company’s regular workload.
Given Pacific Motorsports’ vast network of industry contacts, as well as significant feedback from their existing client base and the local community, management feels that this expansion represents a natural progression for the company that will allow it to further develop while simultaneously increasing the extent to which it can provide service to the public.
“We have a strong client-care philosophy, i.e., we only recommend work that’s really needed, and we use only the same parts the factory used when they made the vehicle,” said Mark Dikeos, the owner of Pacific Motorsports. “We’ve been around for twenty years, we own our own building, and we’re not going anywhere.”
