Windermere Realty Trust Announces the Addition of New Brokers
Portland, OR — January 11, 2018 — The area’s largest locally owned and managed real estate brokerage, Windermere Realty Trust, welcomed new real estate brokers last month. The following Brokers are joining an established network of more than 400 professionals spread throughout the firm’s fifteen offices:
Lake Oswego 220 A Ave:
• Pasha Hunt – Pasha has over 20 years in the real estate industry, real estate investments, and sales. Having flipped seven homes of her own, she has the connections to repair, remodel and stage homes to get the highest sales price. She provides each client with concierge service, with her team of Title, Escrow and Mortgage companies to assure the smoothest transaction possible.
• Steven Furst – Steven is new to real estate. He previously owned the Furst Print printing service company in Dallas, TX which he started in 1989.
Lloyd Tower NE:
• Thomas Brickey-Shapiro – Thomas brings an East Coast sensibility for directness and desire to exceed goals and expectations to each real estate transaction. Beginning his career in his native New York with a top producing agent with the Corcoran Group, he blends a background in arts with superior client service.
Having lived in both Boston and Hartford, Connecticut, where he received his BFA in Printmaking with a minor in Art History, his specialization in client care is magnified with experience in project management. While he has an interest in serving first-time buyers, he is well-versed in providing representation to buyers and sellers in all market segments.
• Ashley Flukinger – Ashley has a background in real estate, previously working as a broker for Totem Properties in Gearhart. Currently, Ashley is a Partner at Moberg & Rust, Attorneys at Law, PC in Seaside. She graduated cum laude from Oregon State University in 2007 then went on to receive her Juris Doctor from the Willamette University College of Law in 2011.
Ashley serves as a board chair for the Sunset Park and Recreation Foundation and is also on the Clatsop Community Action Board, Helping Hands Board, a member of the Seaside Rotary Club, and coaches 7th grade basketball at Broadway Middle School.
